what do you mean dxm may be a dissociative, it fucking is one along w/ special k and pcp. And about the 'holes in your brain' there called olneys lesions, and theres never been a documented case in humans where the use of dissociatives lead to them. Olney lesions have been shown to happen in lab animals but only after excessive amounts of a dissociative drug are given over long periods of time. Casual human use is relatvely safe.
