that's what i meant about cirucumstances... even tho i know they wouldn't be used as in my mind, but i think it shoudl be left up to the judge instead of an auto-matic punishment for racing... cuz as you said, it's two diffrent things being alone in the middle of the night and doing it during the afternoon with a whole crap load of people around.
