and as for the amount of offenses.It should depend on what the circumstances are... 2 cars alone on some random back road ..in my opinion isn't as bad as 2 cars racing on a busy road with spectators...I guess you can't really break it up like that...they have to be super strict and everything...But deff. suspension/revoked on the first offense
