question about vitamin b and creatin.

As far as vitimin b goes, if i take a multivitamin will i still have the right vitamin b to make my pee yellow?

And with creatin, i have creatin powder i add to water for building muscle. will that add creatin to my pee?

I am going to wait to answer this because you have double posted this same question. Besides, it has been asked and answered many times and it really isn't that hard to look on the bottle and read what vitamins are in it and how much, now is it.

What do you mean thanks for nothing. I told you exactly where to find the answers to both your questions, reading the dilution thread (ok I did say it has been asked and answered many times but I would think you would start there) and on the back of the multi-vitamin bottle.

It is no secret that I answer a lot of drug testing questions but I am not into spoon feeding people the answer either. Drug testing is going to be around for a long time so you might as well educate yourself about it so you can beat it instead of having someone do it all for you.
