Damm Stinky you got me hungry. My roommate a while back got some elk and pheasant and braised them in red wine and veggies and OMG that was soo good! venison and rabbit are good to.

can't get much of the above around here in Socal so i will have to go with Fillet Mignon or prime rib both med rare. or some good ole carne asada!

Damn I forgot how good pheasant is. But you always get little bits of shot in it. Really annoying.

For the vegetarians, I think tempeh pwns tofu. Way more character.

definitely chicken, i'm not much of a fan of beef.

however, i also love buffalo and venison. ted turner has several of his buffalo restaurants in my city (atlanta) so this is convenient for me. there's one about 1 mile from my college campus.

I'm gonna have to go with chicken. It's so versatile, many different ways to cook it and it usually comes out great. Beef's good, rabbit's good, pork ... it's ok.

Nothing beats a nice juicy Top Sirloin, Rare please. But bbq chicken is a close second. I like lamb too, but I only eat it every once in a great while.

chicken is wonderfully delicious...so many ways to cook it!!!! i also really like lamb...mmmmmmmmm...gyros....they're soooooooooooooo yummy
