Tough call. I'd have to say that more often than not I use the bowl, I prefer it to the joint even when driving. I don't know how to roll joints, so I only can smoke those with friends that roll them. When I do smoke joints I prefer them with the tobacco actually, and with a mouthpiece. I traveled to Eastern Europe and over there, they roll them like that, it burns alot smoother and flows easier, also because of the mouthpiece there will be no weed in the roach, so you do not waste any that way. With joints that way, taking a few big hits can leave you really ripped, one time even more so than a bowl could. The bowl is most convenient for day-to-day usage, and even now that mine broke into two pieces, it still manages with tape, so that is my choice.
