Need HElp ASAP for a clone

so i cut the clone off at my friends house with a razor blade put it in soil left it in the sun for the remaining 20 minutes of dailight left than stashed it for about 2 hours outside in a dark spot before getting it right now. (didnt want my parents to see me take it in my house). and so... i go back to the stash spot....and the plant is sumwut out of the soil and theres a coachroch just chillin in the soil cup container ....its a dark spot and one crawled on my hand before i threw it off (i coudlnt see wut i was grabbing) but anyways..i was wondering if 1. the clone will survive so much shock 2. u think the coachroch fuked with my plant chowing down on it or something

mistake #1, freshly cut clones cannot tolerate direct sunlight. They have no roots to replace water lost through transpiration.

Lol I believe in karma more daily.

Dude, no growing in the 'rents house without their permission. They feed you and give you a place to live and deserve a bit more respect than that.

whatthe fuck is wrong with you, you cant just cut something off and expect it to grow, you gotta use rooting gel and powder and it still might not work

You can actually clone without rooting gel, but it greatly speeds up the process as well as the success rate.
