lol I only started a week ago. but have noticed a big change in my biceps then when I didnt work out... and thats not alot.. the dumbbells are only 20 pounds :/ I wish I was huge... I doubt I will with my skinnyness and and fast metabolism.. might get toned out.. but meh.. I was just saying im not lazy.. Jeeze calm down.. and I will take a pic when I have a cam :]

and the only reason im doing that much this early cus I heard the skinnier you are the more you have to shock your muscles.. and man they hurt >.<
