Would it help any if I sprayed a light mist of water on the leaves with the lights pulled farther away for an hour or so?

Edit: I tend to spray some water on the bottom leaves while I'm watering, maybe this could be the prob?

Thought I'd let you guys take a look and give me an answer to my problems. I don't even know how to explain it. Can't be a nute burn, I've only given it a small portion of a 10-10-10 twice, and I mean very small. Although, I added some slow release pellets that were high in N a few weeks back.
