Yep, all of these :jointsmile:. I think it's important to keep mentally and physically fit, and both the mind and the body can be excercised in much the same way, it's all about building a certain muscle. I read as much as possible, meditate about once a week, watch all my nutrition, excercise as much as possible, I'm learning to play the guitar, teaching myself to draw, and always analysing the states of my perceptions so as to better understand them, and how to control them.
