First off, I think any man thats grossed out by blood, especially with a reaction like that, is a pussy. It sounds like you were goin a bit too hard for too long. Maybe you got a little dry without noticing it, thats happened to me more than once after a few hours like that. Its as much his fault as anything, so fuck him for being such a cock IMHO.

Dont ever feel shitty about your body, and ESPECIALLY dont let somebody like that make you feel that way. You are better than that, and there is nothing wrong or gross about the situation. If I was in your situation, I dont think I would want him to touch me anymore either. Feel better!
