good strain for sleeping?

i have never had a better nights sleep with some marijuana. i was wondering what the best strain is to treat imsomnia. the trazadone i take now makes me soo groggy in the morning and i cant think straight cuz i feel so tired even with a good nights rest.

whats a good strain for sleep and maybe the fastest working strain?

nice nugget of the diesel will put you out I'm pretty sure.

I like the Plan B black indica as an almost narcotic strain the is also a nice plant and pertty easy to grow.
Have you tried smoking hops (beer hops)? Lupulin is a GREAT sleep aid. Works for me.

Almost any heavy indica thats let go till theres lotsa amber .
I too was on trazadone for a cpl. yrs. - honestly dont think it did much.

Probably something mostly indica should help. Oh and if your doc suggest you take seroquel for insomnia, don't do it.
