Then I say drink 2 liters of water every fucking day.. no matter what.. you can do whatever they suggest here too.. but nothing flushes the system like good ol H2O and pissing like a horse.. so in additiong to whatever else you want to believe WATER WATER WATER.. drink 3 a day if you're really fuckin scared lol.. it cant do nothing but help man.. Drinking lots of water days before the test will not flush your system of THC. THC is not water soluble and drinking water for days on end will not make your kidneys work any better. Dilution works by diluting the concentration of THC in your urine by increasing water content, not by flushing you clean.
