I was driving down a road today, it was starting to rain, driving and minding my own business, when all of a sudden... WHAM A motherfucking tree branch the thickness of a telephone pole smashes through my windshield- it fell from a dead tree above. My baby, whom I had just put about 400 bucks into THIS MONTH fixing some things, is now totalled. For some unknown reason, I only walked away with a few superficial scrapes from the glass, and a tiny bit of soreness. Rating: 5

OUCH! About 2 years ago my dad got hit by an RV in his mini-van. Fucking totaled his car and destroyed the back half. He didn't get hurt but he was damn lucky. Stupid bitch that hit him didn't even say sorry. Anyways insurance gave him like $6,000. But since it's the state's fault pretty much, i'd sue them for a pretty penny if possible.

I have the police report, I have names and addresses of those who witnessed AND reported to the county, I took a shitload of pictures, and I am going to the doctor's tomorrow.

I'm in Maryland.

The only reason I refused medical treatment was because I KNOW the cost of ambulances are insanely expensive- we're talking at LEAST 20-30 miles to the closest hospital...

Looking for a new car is just heartbreaking... I loved that car so much...
