How big should you let your plants grow before you put them into flowering?

Space isnt really a problem here.

The plants are outside at the moment as there only small and its nice weather

However when flowering i will be doing it inside, Theres only 6 plants in total.

Oh btw the plants are Voodoo by dutch passion
