I also like your sig, I'm going to get a panel test kit and see how it turns out. I've heard 30 days for the average smoker, with me it would probably be more like the 60 day range.

It makes sense that the longer range is for very overweight types since the metabolites are stored in the fat cells. But I've also heard that exercising like within a week before the test doesn't help either because it releases the metabolites back into the urinary system. Some stuff I've read even says to eat plenty of fatty foods in the week before the test. I just don't know what to believe. I think I'm going to safe route with substitution and using dilution as a backup.
