Effects:...."creeper weed"

okay, so I recently harvested some homegrown..blueberry, and I smoked a couple bowls about twenty minutes ago and didn't really feel too much, but now as time has progressed, and about ten minutes after I smoked I finally started feeling the effects...Now from everything I've learned about cannabis, its effects are supposed to kick in seconds after inhaling...is it really possible for this buzz to be delayed? trippy shit, but I kinda like it..:stoned:

Ive read that the effects of pure THC (budder) takes some time to kick in... and it also happened during my first times smoking... so i think its is possible.

Usually I start to feel something after the first hit, but sometimes the high explodes in responce to the music I'm watching, or sometimes, even the TV. I can't remember how many times I've smoked a bowl, stared blankly at the TV, then ten minutes later when some commercial comes up, it just clicks.

Like the other day, I was browsing around for music to listen to after smoking a jay (You know how it is-- you just can't start the trip without that one song) and a pop up was blocked- for those of you with internet explorer, you might be familiar with the 'pop' sound it makes when a popup is blocked.. well, I heard that sound, and the next thing I knew I was telling myself:

"...Oh man, I'm so high."

Fresh weed tends to be creeper due to a higher ratio of THC to other cannabinoids.

I had some weed like that back in like March. I was mad when I smoked it because I was like "...this shit doesn't even work." Then like 20 mins later I'm like "what the hell?" it kicked in and slowly progressed into a very strong high. Still don't know how that happened lol.

I don't think it's that uncommon....and nobody I know minds a creeper buzz but it helps to be sort of forewarned so you know what to expect.

I notice a small sensation after my first hit from my bowl. But I usually don't feel the full effects until after I go back inside and start listening to some tunes.

Maybe I just don't notice while I'm toking since I smoke on my back porch, which if a neighbore was loooking, could probably see me. So I get pretty paranoid there (it's still the best place for me though).

But yeah, I think a little delay is normal, unless you're injecting that shit straight into your veins (wouldn't THAT be nice???).

i have had very few times that the buz was instantaneous. i always give it ten mins to test, though i've had some creepers that take up to thirty mins to kick in fully...

i always smoke a bowl, smoke a cig, then i see how i feel.

i dont know what you guys are talking about, it always takes at least 5 mins for the high to come on, no matter what strain im smoking. ive never had it come on instantaneously
