It failed the proper warmth to the touch test that most techs do. That caused them to check the tempature strip, which read 92 degrees. To make sure it wasnt the strip being wrong, they even poured it into a fresh cup, and the temp stayed the same.

I have never in all the drug tests I have taken heard anyone say that 90 degrees was passing. Maybe its just every drug testing center in Huntsville AL and Marquette MI, but thats how its always been. Within 2(sometimes 3 if they are really nice) degrees of 97/98 or else fail.
