Did you read the thread on substitution by IAmN2POT? It has many helpful ideas. First of all, employment tests (U.S.) are not observed unless you give them cause. Next you need to practice securing the bottle to your body and getting it up to temp and keeping it there. There is a temp strip on the bottle so practicing is easy. QF can be heated and cooled repeatedly. I never use any heating pad because if you practice it is easy. You have till tomorrow so go practice. You have 4 minutes in the bathroom to give the sample. Don't squirt it out too fast and it will not make the sound.
