With America's track record of friendly fire we wouldnt have to do any work.
ALright dont take this as a personal attack...
But Englands army is definitely good. The thing is that Americas Army is the most highly trained precise military machine in the world, with the possible exception of Israel's (we can all agree on that). If it came down to pure military might, america would shit on any country in the world save china. Its simply illogical to think otherwise.

brittish accents are annoying! cant stand them, and family guy makes fun of it! and your guys' military might be well trained, but remember what happened to well trained in the revolutionary war?? one question, do you guys still fight standing in lines marching??? and whats up with having a queen, shes just a figurehead anymore, no power at all, atleast our "president" can still control the contry, along with the other handful of people in his back pocket that are working to control the entire world oil market, lets get this bloody cunt out of office over here, then we will debate!

It was the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution and was the first country in the world to become industrialised.

England is home to the Royal Society, which laid the foundations of modern experimental science.

Tim Berners-Lee, inventor of the World Wide Web, http, html, and many of the other technologies on which the Web is based.

Frank Whittle, inventor of the jet engine.

Charles Babbage, inventor of the first computer (in the nineteenth century).

Alan Turing and Tommy Flowers, inventors of the modern computer and its associated concepts and technologies.

Joseph Whitworth, inventor of many of the modern techniques and technologies of precision engineering.

Joseph Swan, developer of the light bulb.

They are just a very small selection of things we have discovered, and contributed to the world. - This is nothing to do with what country is cooler, but England wins hands down if we think about what country has contributed the most to the world.

I'm not saying America hasnt, you've made lots of contributions, C02 being the biggest LOL.

Maybe we should do trading spaces with the people from England..

Lets say LIP and FriendOwl switch places for 2 weeks..Now, that would be great television.

    Friendowl to England
    LIP to Los Angeles

Oh shit...that would be the funniest shit ever!

LIP, Berners-lee didn't invent the internet. He just created the most popular interface for it. Leonard Kleinrock and J.C.R. Licklider first wrote about a "galactic network", and Larry Roberts created the first long distance functioning connection (ARPANET). Then Kahn and Cerf came along and created TCP data movement, which officially started the internet. But Berners-Lee was a damn genious.

Considering the U.S. has only been around 331 years we are doing damn good in our contributions to the world Lip.

We had Henry Ford who took it to the next level with the moving assembly line.

We weren't even a country when the Royal Society was founded so that one is a little iffy.

I'm not a computer expert by any means but I am sure we laid the groundwork for the world wide web with the ARPANET and the whole idea of conecting computers was started by researchers from UC-Berkely and MIT.

We have the Wright Brothers who were the first to fly in a fixed wing aircraft.

Ok, I will probably give you that one but we have Bill Gates.

Going to have to say we have Bill Gates again.

I'm not an engineer and I know less about this than computers so I have to stay away from this one.

We had Ben Franklin so he really pioneered the way with electricity so without him Swan might not have had a lightbulb.

What about our space exploration, ending the Cold War and stopping the spread of Communism through Europe, saving the world from WWI and WWII, our contributions to health care that are too numerous to name, just to name a few. To say England wins hands down is yet to be determined or proven.
