Let's see now... helps against boredom and, in the same line, depression, helps me eat enough to sate my ravenous metabolism and active lifestyle, mellowed me out, broke down a lot of barriers and opened a lot of doors when it comes to my outlook on life and the world around me, helps me appreciate the beauty of simple things...
