Ones upon a time I surfed on the cannabis boards and found a good way of growing by Tranoble, but unfortunately I had only 10k $ for the room build up.
I couldn't offer humidifiers, air heaters and coolers CO2, and suspicious electricity bills from hps. So i decided to invest most of the money in to building energy, spectrum efficient lightining.
Light spectrum info i used was evaluated throug scientific experiments (if you search my topics you shurely will find) carried out by some farmer univercity back to early 1990s.
I have assembled led pannels using that data (30 blue, 20 green, 50 red)
So now I have several LED pannels.
One pannel is 45x75x3.5 cm approx
 76 watts 100% PAR
 40 Celcium max temperature
2.5 kg weight with 12v adapter.
Plants grow healthy in usual soil from my grannys garden. 10 mother plants give 20 healthy 5 inch tall clones every 2 weeks.SPECTRA

Did you say your max op temp is 40C? Holy guacamole. Up that ventilation! You're looking for about 24-26C.

You know, for $10K, you could build an HPS based grow op (or 10) that would produce like mad and have very little heat signature.

You are LooL : : ) You missunderstand (what is the right spelling for missunderstand in past?) me. 45C is the highest temperature of the LED lighter)) not the air temp in the grow closet) Originally Posted by faithlessxxx

Looks good! Do you have any idea how many lumens that setup is producing? Also what frequencies are the LEDs producing? How much power is it using?

I'm actually just starting a grow with some LED arrays I built. I don't have as many lights as you do though!
