BUDS IN DANGER! who will come to my rescue?

hey guys,

had some plants growin for 4 months now, a lil more than half way finished, maybe 2/3. anyways, im worried about them. the leaves are wilting, im mean all of them. they used to be fine, straight, crisp, real green, no problems. now, they are wilting, curling up underneath of themselves and turning yellow! Thats only on one. the other one is wilting as well and starting to curl up too, but there is an added complication. the leaves on this one have started to develop the little yellow dots on the leaves. when these dots appear, in about 3 days that leaf will be nearly completely yellow and close to death, a few days later its shriveled up and fallen off. its started at the bottom, but it's moving its way up the plant, its more than half way up now. i have them under a 175 watt hps with two high output/ low energy floros as well. the lights are at least 2 feet away from them. there is a fan, so i have good circulation. im at a loss. if anyone can help, please do. you'll make my life a helluvalot better in a month or so . thanks guys/gals.

neut defficiancy maybe? Overwatering?

its a burn or over heating probably, are they crisp and dry where it is yellow?

by far no expert here but everything I am here is that floros you can put almost on top of the plant...almost touchin the leaves...in veg this is used th max light and inhibit growth between nodes(leaf sets) and makes plants bushy.... if your lights are 2 ft away the floros arent being maxed out...your wasting light...also if you overwater the roots dont get enough O2....hope this helps
