Just learned this from Juggnoxalo, (thanks, yo!) When you see a post that really strikes home with you, click on the "Justice Scale", right above their post count, join date... just to the right of the '(permalink)' words. When you click on it, it will ask you to leave a comment, along with your vote to give rep points.

1.) Clink on the "Justice Scale" drawing above someone's post
2.) Leave your vote for good post or bad
3.) Leave comment(s)

Check your "User CP" at the top of the page, or click on the "Justice Scale", on one of your own posts, to see how many rep points you currently have. imp:

Damn I just explained this lol.

It's given by other users and they click the scale icon above your information (posts, join date, rep, etc.) You also click the scale icon on ur username to see how much rep you currently have.
