What do the green squares mean? Is it a logarithmic or a linear scale?

Pretty much, the more green cubes you have the higher your rep is.

It goes up by hundreds for the first couple squares...then it goes up by like 150..then 250 or something for each additional square. They maxed it out at 11 blocks, tho. Bummer.
