but no, if your smoking something then i think that the smoke being around you is far less to worry about than it being densely packed into your lungs. i think you may live!

the only harmful thinng i could think of is that when you exhale youre producing carbon monoxide..so that could be an issue..but only if we were dealing with an airtight environment. a blanket is a permeable membrane, therefore allowing air to move freely in and out. youre fine.
