    Miracle-Gro ...

when I put my present clones into the flowering cabinet, I am going to sacrifice one to a test ... I will grow out one of my 12 Willie Nelsons, using only Miracle-Gro fertilizer ... I'm kinda curious myself, as I used only Miracle-Gro for many years (yes, MANY) ... I'll update from time to time :smokin:

I used MG on my plants when they where only about 2 weeks old and so far they've shot right up w/ no signs of burn or anything

    Miracle-Gro ...

I too used it for years in soil grows ,
Finally got tired of the metal type taste . I couldn't flush all the m/g out I don't think . Stuff does work well when used in small amounts .
    Peace

    Miracle-Gro ...

I always had good luck with it (I think, but I didn't have anything to compare it to) ... back in the 70's I read (memorized) Mel Frank's and Ed Rosenthal's Growers' Guide ... it said I wouldn't over-fertilize if I applied it as a foliar-spray, so every Sunday, the girls would be sprayed down with MG, plain water the rest of the week ... had nice dark green foliage  ... however, I can't say as to what it did for flowering buds, because, in those days, I knew NOTHING about growing pot, I was just smoking the leaves for a long time ... times change, LOL

I too was forced to fumble around -n- rely on Ed's M/J gowers bible and such for far far too long . This new fangled internet thing sure makes things easy for the new growers . Can learn from everybody elses mistakes , instead of making them all themselves . I never tried foliar feeding w/ the stuff though , you mighta been on to something ?
    Peace bro.

my results with foliar feeding have always been positive ... the book said you 'can't' over-fert with that method (I don't go that far, anything can be overdone, once a week worked well for my bagseeds) ... usually, for foliar-feeding, the nutes are diluted to 50% strength, and sprayed on both sides of the leaves ... I seldom foliar-feed these days, because the overspray makes such a mess of my Mylar ... next cabinet, I may go back to a flat-white finish ... I'm planning on taking an old light-meter, and a flashlight, with me to Home Depot, and try to compare the reflection of some white plastic sheets they have, and a white 'formica' type paneling ... (Mylar definitely reflects more light than any other surface, but it is a pain in the ass to keep clean) ... :smokin:

I've been eyein the 4 x 8 sheets of pebblegrain shower surround material at the Depot for a while now . I had mold / mildew probs between the mylar and the actual walls and swore off mylar . I am only using flat wht. paint w/ mildex added to it . Reaper = I have no light meter -next time your at the depot could you check the reflective qual. of this stuff for me ? It'd be greatly appreciated .
    Peace
