    Mcdonalds in america

also note though, in france, although they have beer, you can't just walk in there and order like 5 heinekens...you have to order food as well, and i think it might be that you only get one beer per meal or something like that...but it's been awhile since i was with someone that ordered a beer at a mcdonalds in france, so that could be a bit different now?

I have about 12 years worth saved up. Long ago we saved them for a teacher with cancer and since then, out of sheer habit, I save them.

Can you find out exactly what your friend does with them? To say I have a couple hundred pounds is an understatement. I'd like to send them off to a good cause.

whether you guys like or hate mcdonalds or think they're unhealthy as hell, you gotta admit 2 things:

1.) they have cheap breakfast that's pretty damned good and convenient (drive-thru)
    2.) their fries are good

jdub61, you beat me to the Le Royale with cheese.

Don't forget about the playgrounds. If you have ever had to take care of a hyperactive child, a happy meal and playground is a lifesaver! (not mine BTW)

Also, how many of you have eaten at or seen a McDonald's Bistro? Yeah, upscale Mickie D's with pasta and seafood and stuff. There are some here in Florida and here is a little sample menu.

Menu offerings include a $5.99 Cuban panini with black olive mustard sauce on a ciabatta roll; angel hair pasta with shrimp, pesto, Parmesan and olive oil for $6.99; a grilled chicken burrito for $5.79; and $5.99 for gourmet half-pound burgers. On the breakfast menu are offerings like ham and cheese French toast for $4.69; a $3.49 Belgian waffle; and a spicy burrito for $4.69
