I think minorities have to take some responsibility, like theres huge amounts of kids growing up with out dads, i was one of them, men have to be men and raise their kids or at the very least pay child support. And the goverment is making the situation worse taking away all the welfare, they are destroying families, now mothers have to work up to 2 full time jos to raise a family, that leaves them no time for the kids, its awful.
