ladies, was your dad a good father? bad? It could make all the difference.
When I was a kid, my dad was "bad" - he was a raving alcoholic, silent fury type. But he got sober when I turned 30, and has been a peach ever since.
He lives in Washington State, so I don't get to see him much, but he's a dear.
My husband looks nothing like my dad, but he does look a bit like a younger version of my grandfather, and that is a sordid story, so I prefer to think it is just coincidental! Or maybe it is a way for me to subconsciously "fix" the past? Who knows-Demeter Reviewed by Demeter on . ladies, was your dad a good father? bad? It could make all the difference.
