I got introduced to weed when I wuz waiting to get shipped out to the Nam!

Anyway, it's kewl to be here and I look forward to talking with anyone who doesn't mind me being over 50! [wow, even I'm freaked out by that!]
So, does anyone have any experience with NYC deisel? Just wondering because, not only iz this stuff better than most...the cost is a real brain buster....I mean, wot's up with 450 a z pricing? I gotta get 20 a gm to make a tiny profit....Geez, you young bloods really missed out in the old daze...I used to drive up to a farm in lower NYS and my guy would hack a kilo in 2 to get me my lb...total cost of--[get ready for this!] $160!!! That's right, 10 bux a zip! And,,,since a key weighs 2.2 lbs...I'd always get an extra 1 to 2 free zippies!!! Also and,,,,since we were not into money in those crazy days...all the extra went into 1 batch of brownies...which, if I have to say, were extremely stoney!Well then...other than that--as y'all know--I'm an old fart who puffs...I had strayed away from herb thru my working life...but, a work accident cut that off right quick...I busted up my back on the job...not once but twice! Yeah, my dumb ass went back to the same job after my 1st surgery...the 2nd time around, I was drinking like a fish--extremely depressed since /wc [worker's comp, pray you never hear of it again!], anyway, WC was playing some head games delaying my payments--I was nearly homeless! A hippie waiter that I worked with [as a chef] dropped off some nice herb and told me that it would help out with the constant pain...and damned if he wasn't right! I've been smoking again ever since...and, I'm here to stay! In fact, so much so that I go to the Netherlands a couple times a year--telling snoopy neighbors and family I'm staying with my old Army buddy in a nearby state...it would be pretty funny if I got stuck there and had to call em to get my disabled ass home, eh? So,,,,anywho--since I'm extreemely baked now and blathering like a fool...I'll sign off fer now. But, feel free to reply to this if ya wanna talk about whatever! I'm pretty much stuck here in my humble apt...waiting for my next trip! So, catch me if ya can!

Wassup mayn. Sure wish I coulda smoked like like folks did back in the day. I agree completely; good stuff is way too expensive these days. Anyhoo, welcome here. Kind of a newb to the site myself, but not to smoking.
