When you do go in and ask for a raise, make sure you tell them all that you bring to the table..as far as skills and how you help them achieve their major goal..which would mostly include profit and customer service. Peace
geonagual Reviewed by geonagual on . . Time to ask for yet another raise. What is wrong with company's today? I recently found out that the company I worked for recently upped the starting pay again. I still haven't seen a raise on my stubs indicating current employees are getting the same cash... I started at $7.50 and they are now starting people out at $7.75. I have been there two years and am only making $8.10. When these new employees are there for two years they will be making about 8.30-8.40... I don't feel like figuring out the math. My moms work is doing the same thing. The Rating: 5
