ive seen people give alcahol to little kids all the time and nobody cares, how come everyone freaks out when the kids are given weed?

Weed has never ever been conclusively proven beyond a doubt to be in any way harmful to the development of children. Who knows? Maybe the occasional joint as a toddler would help to develop a creative mind and a resistence to the Man.

somehow, i doubt that a drug that slows blood flow would help a toddler.

See, when I have kids, my policy on weed is going to be that there first time has to be with me (and I'd buy it); my worst fear is that they'd wind up having a negative reaction and they'd be in a setting where people would take advantage of that. Then I'd pass on little rules and advice, like try to buy from and smoke with people you trust, don't bogart, pass to the left, etc. :-P
