    I love reggae but...

I love reggae, but I feel lost whenever I get to that section. Tried just randomly picking a cd, and that fucker had 23 songs with the same beat! Needless to say I will never do that again. I really like Bounty Killer, Buju Banton styles of Dj'ing, does anyone know of artists with similair style.

Download some songs by Midnite, they're fuckin' great...

Its not really Vybz Kartel/Buju Banton/Elephant Man style, but it's very soothing and good smoking music...

It's electronica, but it's completely instrumental dub, with world influences. It's one of my favorite albums to smoke to just to chill out.

23 songs on the same riddim.. lol no idea what ya buying man unless you're buying a riddim mix, cause it is common that different artistes make their own songs for the same riddim, but never seen one artiste make a whole album on one riddim, gotta wonder wth ya bought

anyways, I'll give a little list of some of the best, and since ya seem to prefer the dancehall sound, I'll try to stick to that, but some roots stuff gonna be in the list, and some dancehall artistes have roots sounding tunes as well as the dancehall/hip hop sounding stuff

Anthony b, Junior Reid, Sizzla, Jah Cure, Fantan Mojah, Assassin, Gentleman(Gentleman is actually a white dude living in Köln, Germany but has some pretty tight sounds) Queen Ifrica, Collie Budz

a few old school-ish singers, they still make tunes but were releasing a lot more in the 90s
Mad Cobra, Cutty Ranks, Super Cat..

k throwing a b-day party for my kids, the noise is making thinking of names two put in the two categories difficult
