That's fucking bullshit. When you're young is the time to have fun before it's too late and you have to be responsible. What better way to have relatively harmless fun than toking some herb?

So, by your logic, one day before a person's 18th birthday they are too young to smoke weed, but at the stroke of midnight on their 18th birthday a magical light goes on that makes them ready....of course not. It's all subjective. Some people can handle weed at 16, and some people can't handle it at 30.
