Here it is. I started transplanting this way earlier this year and I'll never do it another way again. The first plants I transplanted this way are smoked and gone now, so yes, it worked good. (meaning it didn't kill them). Most importantly, I didn't see a bit of stress and they just kept on growing like nothing ever happened.

What GanjaKing said. I transplanted a couple plants last night using this method and the plants were out of their old pot and into the new one in a matter of seconds. This is the only method I've used to transplant and my plants never stress after transplant - they just grow bigger faster.
