im going to australia in august like exactly where the crocidile hunter got killed. what are the laws like and how open with weed is the country? what is there to do for fun? thanks

Hey good to hear your comng down. Law on weed depend on where you go, but if you are caught with a few grams it's usually just a slap on the wrist or fine. Police are more concerned with ICE - Crystal Meth at the moment as is a Big problem in Oz at the moment. QLD is the WORST place for weed laws....be very careful....huge fines for small amounts, bongs, pipes watever.

NSW has a cannabis cautioning scheme. You can get caught with a little more than a half-oz (15g); the cops take (smoke) your weed and you get a little card telling you what nasty things you're doing to your health. 2 cautions before you get summonsed to court.
