They base this belief on the observation of a larger stream of smoke emitted by the tip of a joint, whereas the bowl has a small thin one. THIS IS BECAUSE THE JOINT IS ALSO BURNING PAPER! This can be proven. If you make a very long, skinny joint, and smoke 1/4 of it, you can carefully unwrap the paper off of it, leaving a long weed stick intact. It has to be very sticky weed to do this. Rating: 5
