For years i was a "zero population growth" kinda lady. Then as i aproached the "child bearing years" my mother gave me lectures about gene pools and how strong intellegent genes should be passed on to the next generation of this earth's population. After careful consideration, i decided to replicate some of the genes she kept talking about. I had a child, the most wonderful event in my life and it still continues. I am and always will be gratefull to my mother for her insistant lectures. Tho having children is not everyones cup of tea, i am a proud mother of a wonderful daughter. I also agree with Grazi, i like this site and am glad i found it.

Its a womans ultimate contribution to society, a sacrifice of her body, her time, even her freedom in a very real manner... A contribution that many seem to take for granted. Not me...
