theyre like almost 2 feet tall but theres like a bud lookin thing forming at the top, but ive never seen this when the plant is so young, its the size of like a big pebble, is it a bud forming already or what?

Are you sure it just isn't new leaf growth? Like Chowder said pic's would help, clear ones too

How old is the plant? It might be preflowering due to it's age, and from you've described if it is it's probably a male plant.
