I'd pick the ones highlighted in yellow(click image) Either way, you can just dump all of them in a cup with a few inches of water in it, maybe a few drops of hydrogen peroxide, and put them in a dark place for a few days, or a week, or however long it takes to have some roots to emerge.

There are a few smashed ones in there. If that seedling came from those seeds then it should be a Cannabis plant. I couldn't tell if the seedling was Cannabis or not but now that I see the seeds then I'm sure it is . But overall those seeds look like they should germinate and grow fine .

Absolutely. It's the way I was directed to do so in the beginning, and the way I do it to this day. I just use the bottom 3 inches of a Solo brand cup, and use another full solo cup to hide the seeds from light. I get very fast, and high % germination this way. Once the roots sprout, you place them in your medium of choice, keep that medium moist, and in a dark place. A heat mat can help increase their growth rate while they're so young and fragile. After the seeds have pushed their root downward, and have lifted the seed a few centimeters above the medium, I place a flourescent light 8 inches or so above them. Drop the light closer and closer as the plant ages, and get a fan on them on very low speed, as to not hurt the younguns, but to keep them shorter, bushier, and give their stems the strength they need to hold massive buds. Ok, just google the rest, I always carry on so much, sorry.

yep the dark seeds are the good 1's the smashed seeds wont grow...the 1's that are plump with tiger stripes are usually the best yeilders.. thing is if u got that out of a random sack their will be males and females .. if u go online.. u can get feminized seeds which are seeds made to grow to become female plants... males dont yeild as much bud as female and males have more seeds... if u want to grow quickly and dont mind producing less yeild and u have a female and male plant cross pollenate male to female (easy) and the female will be come hermaphidite which female turns to male and makes the plant go into automatic flowering within weeks .. i had herm and is was good i cured it just right.... at begining of planting u can make two colas which can double the amount of yeild all u have to do is cut it right when lil and it will branch two main branches from the 1...

There are some immature ones, some smashed ones, and some ones that look like they'd be viable for planting. Try the darker, harder ones out; the ones that KickYoAss highlighted.

Also, as far as I know, the feminized seeds don't grow out as females 100% of the time. I believe they just increase the chances by more than 50%. I could be wrong, though.

just slap em between a damp paper towel and put that in a zip lock, few days later they are ready to plant... The ones that KickYoAsss circled look healthiest.
