Getting Rid Of Bad Highs last time my friend smoked he had a really bad high, so he decided not to smoke for the rest of the school year...but now that schools over he wants to smoke again, but if he gets another bad high hes done...so i was wondering whats the best way to make sure that he doesnt have a bad high? Oh, and one more thing...

Smoke the good stuff. It gives a much cleaner, nicer high. Highs from mids can be a more "nervous" high once you smoke enough of it. And usually mids has a more confusing high, too.

And like I said above, tell him to only take a couple hits. It's obvious that he shouldn't be smoking a fat bowl to his head after a decent-length break from cannabis. It's obvious he cannot handle that sort of thing. Tell him to take a couple hits, then feel it out. If he doesn't think he's high enough, tell him to take another couple hits and then feel it out again. It's easy to avoid going passed where you are comfortable. If he still has a bad high after that, then he probably should quit. It's not worth his time to be smoking something that will make him feel bad.
