Sad to say, NORML may very well be a lost cause...
Personally, I don't think the gov't will ever listen to our outcry.

Thanks to a whole lot of NORML's efforts, 12 states have decriminalized (at least to a certain extent) the use of marijuana...not to mention the 11 or 12 that allow medical usage of marijuana. Most of it has been happening more recenlty than not...it's like a chain reaction.

We're still FAR from our goal, but hey progress is showing
