It's universal, it's catholic. I garentey that if you got Kelsy Grammer high he would start talking like that.

Why? Has everyone accepted a sterotype of stoners and modifyed our behaveor accordingly?

Or is there something about weeds affect of the brain that makes that stlye of speech the most correct way to convay their thoughsts.
