At the very least it almost always promotes openness, generosity, and friendliness. Anyway, last night I had a pretty cool experience. I was filling up at the AM/PM down the street from my house at about 9 p.m., getting ready to go to the drive-in with a lady friend, when this guy in an SUV asks if I've got a light. Figuring he's got a cigarette or something, not really paying attention, I walk over to their car, see a Rating: 5

Ok...
When I was in high school, I was always broke. Since I didn't want to always be mooching off my friends, my only option was to mooch weed from strangers.
I would hang out at a park or a concert or wherever really.
When I'd spot a circle, I'd walk up to them and say "Excuse me, I'm with the Cannabis Quality Control board. I'm going to have to test your weed." They would usually laugh, and pass it to me.
After it was finished they would ask, "Did we pass?" and I would answer...
"It's not a pass or fail thing, we just compile the results for statistical purposes. Thank you for participating."
I met one of my favorite dealers that way.

Hahaha...that's fucking great. I'm sure you were hardly ever turned down. I know I'd smoke a stranger up just for that.
