I foliar feed with either the GH Micro or Algoflash, but I think the GH micro has more nitrogen in it so would be well-suited for your problem. If you are totally not into buying a micro supplement just for this occasion, a weak grow nute with complete micros will help a bit anyway.
But that's just a quick emergency stop-gap measure; your real problem is most likely in your soil.
You really should flush things out and get anything that might be locked, out of yoru soil. Even if you can't read pH atm, a good flush with tap water even , then a final flush with 1/4 strencth grow fert, and REPOT!!!! The girlies need more space... a gallon per foot.. and they are bushy, so that's a MINIMUM.
