I thought it was pretty good stuff. I had to double the dose to see any real effects from it, but it definately did it's thing till I ran out.

Melatonin I can't believe out of all of the doctor's I talked to complaining about bad sleep schedule's and the inability to fall asleep (even with plenty of exercise) never mentioned melatonin to me. I can't believe how well it works. I've started a dose at 3mg and I think I might only need 1mg. Very simply put it works by making your brain think it is time to go to bed. Rating: 5
