White Flys 4 weeks into flower. What do I do?

Well I have a problem all a sudden. I have nt had any problems with any bugs at all untill now... but when i was checking my garden last night I noticed a few little white specs flying aroud the room. At first I thought that it may just been ashes flying out of the top of the bowl that I was smoking but when i took a closer look I noticed they had wings

I keep reading it is not good to use insecticides at all durring flower but I am too far along now that I would be sooo sad to loose a crop to bugs right before itis ready... can anybody tel me what to do? StinkyAttic? I have always admired your advice and well now i am stumped on what to do...

From what I remember battling greenhouse whiteflies back in da day...
Yellow sticky traps! They are the same concept as fly paper rolls but they are meant to attract common greenhouse pests, whiteflies being the easiest to trap with those things. You can find them at any well stocked garden center. Safers makes some, and I'm sure there are plenty of others. But it's like the EASIEST thing to use and it will also tell you if you have other pests... when you see specks on it, look close... you might find other bugs you didn't know you had!
Good news, from what I remember they aren't as destructive as thrips or mites.

Thank You soo much for the fast response Stinky...
Good thing to know that the white flies aren't as bad. I'm going to go and get some sticky traps tonight then and see what i catch. ha. hopefuly white flies is all I attract but you never know. Once i harvest I'm going to be switching out my flower room all together and am converting to hydro. Will still be doing a select few in organic soil tho on the side. but when I do switch everything out im going to end up doing a thourough cleaning and sanitization before my next crop goes in there.

Will let you know what i find with the yellow sticky traps.
