I've dribbled a few times, and it wasn't because the saliva came to my lip. It just dripped out of my mouth. I don't do it anymore, but trust me, I thought it was annoying too.

Yeah, a bong with dirty bong water and a clogged-up bowl is disgusting to use. I was at a friend's house, and this dude brought his $20 acrylic mini-bong (lol). The bowl was very small, and clogged like a motherfucker! It still did hit well, though, after I forcefully took the bowl and cleaned it out myself. It hit well for what it was, I should say. I've toked with wayyyy better bongs than that. But anyway, yeah, you couldn't taste the actual herbal smoke (and it was some good herb too--it tasted great from my pipe, but you couldn't taste it from the bong!), because it was so dirty. There was more resin taste than herb taste.

Then, later, I was happy that the dude with the shitty bong was gone, because then my friend had no problem using my pipe.
