power turned off. help plz

sorry i dont' know where to post this, but his seems the best rational place.

I have a lot of watts running from one room. One time I was running a lot of electricity off that room and the electricity turned off for that room. Is there anything I need to worry about? such as meter trip or breaker trip. I would hate for the electricity company to flag me. How would I go about preventing this problem? I'm a little concern although i was able to turn it back on.

first how many watts are u using in that room? u are pushing to many watts for that breaker that is going to that room r u in a apt or a house? u might need to run a sub panel tell me ur set up light fan pumps and such to help i need to know what ur working with to see ur watts u can only use so many watts/amps per breaker and if it's a small room my guess is it's running on a small breaker or more than that room is on the same breaker the lights will pull the most juice so tell me what u have and i can help u more
